PAYMENT OPTIONS Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Open Credit: Open credit is extended to accounts that complete a credit application and are approved by our credit department. No open credit will be allowed without a signed, completed credit application and approval of the credit department. Call us for further information on terms and billing details.
SHIPPING Most items ship via UPS Ground and will arrive in 3-10 business days. Call us for other shipping options such as overnight or air shipments. Some products are subject to special handling and HAZMAT fees. Notification wil be made before shipping, if your products fall into this category.You will have the option of paying the additional frieght or cancelling the order.
BACK ORDERS On multiple items orders, all items on hand will be shipped. Unless the order states "Do not backorder," backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS Shortages: Claims of shortage of materials products must be reported within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any deduction without authorization will not be allowed and will be carried as a balance due. Damaged Goods: For shipments via parcel services, the claim should be filed directly with Altura Paint Center within 10 days. For shipments received via commercial carrier, the claim should be filed with the carrier and so noted on the delivery bill of lading.
RETURN PROCEDURES Custom tinted products are not returnable, and all returned products must have an RGA number (i.e., a return goods authorization) issued by us.
Our return policy basics: - In order to answer your questions and expedite the return, please have a copy of your packing slip or invoice available when you call.
- If a return is necessary, we will give you an RGA number. This RGA number must be marked on the carton or cartons to be returned. Any merchandise returned without an RGA number marked on the carton will be refused.
- Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
- Product being returned must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. We do not accept anything sent via US mail.
- We must be notified of any shipping error within 10 days. We cannot accept returned products under any circumstances after 60 days.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge with the exception of defective product or Altura Paint Center shipping error.
